Staging to sell provides 3 credits and will give you tools to use immediately with your listings. You will take away the Statistics that support how Home Staging sells a house faster and for more money
Earn the certificate and the ability to add the CSA designation to your marketing, business cards and sales.
Then that afternoon, I will present Staging and Selling the Senior Home. No credit but this one hour course will open you to methods and solutions of selling for our seniors. We all want to be seniors one day and our needs will be unique Let discuss how to help this special re market segment
